Can I add / remove / exchange items from my order?
We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. We advise our customers to place a new order with your desired items and contact our Customer Care Team to cancel the inital order.
This cancellation must be requested on the same day your initial order was placed.
Can I return my purchased items?
All items purchased are final sale; no exchanges, returns, or refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
You must contact us within the same day your order was placed with your request to cancel. Due to the nature of our flash sale events, occasionally we may be unable to cancel due to the order already being processed.
Is there a window of time I have to discuss any issues with my order?
Yes, we do have a 30 Day window of time. After 30 days all items will be final sale, sold as-is.
My order arrived, but I was missing some items?
Pending availability, 260 will coordinate with the brand to replace your missing items. If the item is no longer available, 260 will refund you for this item.
I received an incorrect item, what do I do?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org imagery of the items you received showcasing the tag on the item. Pending availability, 260 will coordinate with the brand to replace or refund the item after reviewing your order.
What happens if the item is damaged?
If an item you receive gets damaged in shipping, please email email@example.com with an image of the item + the box in which it was received. Items are sent to the sample sale for various reasons; overstock, previously returned from customers or a return from a department store. 260 can only accommodate issues regarding major damages and is not responsible for damages that are not present at the time of delivery. Minor imperfections can happen due to the lifecycle of this product, these items are sold as-is and are priced accordingly.
