How do I book an appointment?
Appointments are made available on an event by event basis on Wednesdays & Thursdays only.
You can inquire about booking an appointment via DMs through any of our instagram accounts, or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a fee involved?
Yes, there will be a $50 Service Fee. We will pre-pull items for you & you will receive free shipping with this fee.
You will receive a link to process this fee to confirm your appointment time.
How do I pay?
At the end of your appointment, you will check out with your in-store Stylist while on your virtual meet.
A receipt will be emailed to you, as well as included in your order.
How will I receive my items?
We ship out all orders via UPS, ground shipping only.
How will I connect with my in-store Stylist?
You will receive a calendar invite which includes a link to join a google meet.
How long are the appointments?
Appointments are 45 minutes long.
